Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 October 2026
This policy explains what Storefront Revenue collects when you browse, scan a partner window, join as a Pro, host a window, or post a Domain or Pet listing, and how we use it.
What we collect
Account details (email, name, and the role you sign up for). Pro profiles: business name, trade, phone, service ZIP codes, and referring store. Host applications: store name, street address, city, state, ZIP, and optional map coordinates. Domain and Pet listings: the details and photos you post, plus your private contact email. Inquiries: the name, email, and message a buyer or adopter sends.
QR scans and taps
When a partner window QR code is opened we record the store, the time, the referring page, and the browser type. When someone taps Call or Quote on a Pro we record the store, the Pro, and the time. We use this to show activity, charge Pro credits, and attribute Host shares. We do not use third-party ad trackers on these pages.
Who can see what
Public pages show only listing details meant to be public. Seller and Pet contact emails are never shown publicly — inquiries are forwarded by email. Pet photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived links. Pros see their own balance and activity; Hosts see their own store's earnings; administrators can see records needed to run the service. These rules are enforced in our database, not only in the interface.
Payments
Card payments, subscriptions, and Host payouts are handled by Stripe, including Stripe Connect for Host onboarding. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to information you give Stripe.
We send account, confirmation, inquiry, and payment emails. We do not send SMS. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and listing records while your account is active, and financial records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to correct or delete your information; some payment records must be kept. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, which we will honor.
Prior campaign records
Records from earlier advertiser and sponsor campaigns — quotes, deposits, installments, and related scan reports — are kept so those customers can view their payment history and so we meet our accounting obligations.
